There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not givan to new joinees.

No chance for growth but senior team is great they give u great knowledge and great learning but some selection are worst they have no place for talents and skills all they need is a simple cow 🐮 who obey rude bosses

Some worse supervisor and subordinates who don't care of you n salary is a big issue

A good organisation for work in service industry. ..there are multiple aspects of goodness along with my some drawbacks also, overall good company with good driving forces, I have worked for 05 years for nisa and found satisfactory on multi lavel. Thanks

Not at all as there is always a salary delay of 2 month.i never got the salary on time even today also havant recived a salary of november month.there is no bonus since last three years.no dress no shoes.company never send bill on time.as a middle class person i m facing lots of difficulties because there no salary on time and no bonus since last three years
