There are only few things good about the organization difficult to recall due to less numbers . Company's interior is good .

...alling me to remove feedback. but they can not modify their own working culture. It's not about fnf amount it shows how company is least active to pay salary of their employees. I was HR there and this is my genuine feedback what I have experienced.

...ngs get clear. No job security No leave policies, HR policies do not exist. They don’t even pay salaries on time, moreover there is no update from HR for the same too that when will the salary be credited. Employees literally have to beg for their salaries every month. The company has no vision, they just want to earn money anyhow. Even your job role is not fixed, you will be asked to work with as many as teams possible at a go & expectations are 100% efficiency for everything. Even HR is not clear or sure about your job role & reporting etc.

Office politics was on the top.They fired so many employees without given any further information.

...hey want you to stick on your seat. They even call employee to work on weekends. Salary and promotion they will say don't ask for it.Nothing in the name of skill development. Company runs on only senior hierarchy.

Hire and fire culture, no value structure, company in huge debts not able to pay salary, removes people in bulk, Leadership has no vision , all seniors people have left, they have bouncers in office as they don't do fnf, they also fired 100 doctors and, fraudulent business.

The entire company is a fraud... Company is a thief and did not pay my and My Team salary .... Like unchi dukan fikee pakavan type organization es company me Join kar ke apna time na khrab kre seriesly .... Or han fully politics on religion
