1. Toxic environment 2. In Analyst team they hire their own relatives who have no knowledge and they have no experience still they hire as experience position. They hv ego problem even they don’t know how to work on excel. They hv no idea professionally . 3. Higher management are so sick . 4. No Mental peace

HR are good and they are always ready to help

Dislikes

1 It felt like working in worst company where only 3 people manage entire India fund service business and they keep on hiring their own relatives which dont know basic journal entries and still get good hike and promition and rest hardworking employees leave organisatin within 2yrs. 2 Before joining HR provides details about about budget for office equipments etc. and they genuienly try very hard to get it approved from India head, However once u join INDIA head does not rpl to emails and 2nd person under him calls u and starts giving excusses to not providing approval for equipments. 3 People who can run behind their manager only can join and grow in this company

It is good to connect directly with higher authorities. Flexible Shift timings is good and healthy.

Dislikes

*Micro management in each and every task *Training guidelines not clear between manager and sub coordinates. *Poor hierarchy management. * no job security can terminate at anytime * no client attraction and poor communication

Good team where everyone has everyone's back when needed

Dislikes

very outdated culture. People call there seniors sir. HR is very outdated in terms of planning things. Training which can be given using online courses, they ask employees to take training sessions every time a batch of freshers are hired.

Likes

Freedom to work as you please as long as tasks are getting completed. If working from office, unlimited lunch and snacks are provided.

Dislikes

If you are stuck at something, it takes a lot of time for the doubt to be resolved, which causes the time of completing the task to exceed the specified time, and you are blamed for the same in the end. This messes up the work life balance as you are left alone trying to figure out the issue yourself way beyond office timings. The good work isn't appreciated, but if there's some issue with your task, you will be blamed.
