This place is full with toxic people, who believes in hiring and firing, deducting salary and incentives.. There is no work life balance, people are doing 10-12 hours of shift here with zero leaves and weekend offs.. There is no HR policies, so you won’t get justice anywhere! Please do not join this company, specially in sales!

On the wrost company Not match margin to market so employee sales high margin and account department adjust ledger taken bribe for 10k adjustment 50k amount in ledger. Procurement purches from Bhagirath and sales again Bhagirath so that numbers in ledger also coo + procurement have different margin in market and sales have different margin so that ....all sales employee invest his expense in market ..... Totally fraud company and wrost work culture

Have been associated with Nirogstreet from last 3.5 years, it has been an amazing experience to see the team growing and reach to the position where we are today. Great people to work with, great leadership team and lot of scope to learn.

There is nothing to like in nirog Street, they will just hire you & fire you within 3 months & they will not give you any salary, they have stucked my salary + expenses 35k

The company of is full of dislikes, arrogant managers & staffs are there in the company with no no knowledge no planning nothing & they will going to teach you how to do job, one of the wrost company of my career, they will tell you to find ayurvedic store and they will tell you to onboard the store & take the orders but only for 1 time, company policy & terms are ill
