This place is full with toxic people, who believes in hiring and firing, deducting salary and incentives.. There is no work life balance, people are doing 10-12 hours of shift here with zero leaves and weekend offs.. There is no HR policies, so you won’t get justice anywhere! Please do not join this company, specially in sales!

On the wrost company Not match margin to market so employee sales high margin and account department adjust ledger taken bribe for 10k adjustment 50k amount in ledger. Procurement purches from Bhagirath and sales again Bhagirath so that numbers in ledger also coo + procurement have different margin in market and sales have different margin so that ....all sales employee invest his expense in market .....
