People at all level are within your reach and you can interact with them.

Dislikes

It seems like the upper management is more cencerned with cashflow more than anything. The discussion is mostly around cashflow and many basic equipment/tools are not available in the name of "cost saving". This hampers the quality of work and product a lot. Also the plant is understaffed so there is always pressure.

Dislikes

Bad work culture, too much work load, lack of resources for basic work. People only want to point fingers, no one wants to actually nak things better. The whole company culture is so toxic. It is not a good olace to work

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
