6 month a year not pay to supplies, Too much politics, Lobbies group, No seating arrangements, Very poor Canteen facilities, Office is MS container, Till no any employees not get Variable Pay, they are cheated.

Nirmiti is Tier ll suppier of Automotive Exahust system in VECV. It is good opportunity to me to work with nirmiti group of company. As in this group I learn lots of things from my seniors and colligues as well. Also support during COVID 19 is very Excellent from management. Here I learn the customer interaction, query & solution for that, vendors selection, vednors handling & team management. Thank you for giving me this opportunities to Nirmiti group and Director sir.

In Nirmiti Precious Pvt Ltd they provide zero accident to man power and also machine very perfect place to work. They maintain Indian culture excellently.

There is no reason to dislike this company. But I feel salary satisfaction not enough to me.
