No Job Security they will Terminate you without any notice and reasons. Internal politics is here too much, everyone buttering to Save their job's. Even senior manager/HOD are also involved in politics.

At site, more than 12 hours working everyday, 1 off is after 15 days, that too gets cancelled due to work. Poor folding and accomodation at site. Employees and engineers are not treated as per industrial standards. Poor management at site. No DA is given to people who travel from office due to work. Saturday and Sunday extra works are not payable and no compensatory off is provided. There is no calling time, they call anytime. Too much lieing is being done. Almost equivalent to No incentives. Very less staff is provided. People of higher and mid senior management have to do all the works by themselves, no support staff is provided. All the productive time gets wasted in clerical works.
