Good thing about this company is that Directors are under over confidence that because of their company, employees exist.

Dislikes

If you join with handsome package here then you can relax here. But they make very embarrassing environment when hardworking person joins at low salary. Director terminate employees based on their influencers decision. HR is not even capable of speaking English, forget about her HR role. They raised notice period without even asking and inflicted on all employees.

Friendly culture in company environment. Maintenance HOD is very helpful nature and good leader. He gives freedom to learn more skills. Promotion is doing as per skill. 100% job security and company follow HR policy

Investing in best technology and best people and providing a platform to grow Believe in systematic work and Team Work instead of One-Man Army system Management is very good, very open minded work environment, Organization development is very good, Ethical working, Management taking all efforts to increase efficiency of people by training, mentoring, coaching. Top Management are involved to prevent any types of politics, bad practices. Giving equal opportunity to all and for talented people No limit for growth

The company not having good working culture.its typical local company..some people who identify themself as managers are ruining the company.they want their work get it done.and they take name and fame & money which actually belongs to their juniors. Middle management not stronge enough to take decision as they don't have stronge technical skills/they neither trained nor educated.thus lower management taking care of company but top management appreciate only middle management.
