One of the worst company any person can join is Nirmal Overseas. The owner treats employees like you are his servant and even worse than that. They teach you how to clean floor, how to do house hold work and much more. For an example, if you are hired as an engineer or designer than you have to perform their personal tasks, house hold tasks as well. Mr. R.K Aggarwal (so called owner) himself is uneducated and don't even know how to talk to a girl or how to address a female at least. He will say tujhe kuch nhi aata, tu padha/padhi kaha se hai, tu badtameez hai. This office is in the basement of their house and Mrs. Nirmal and his daughter is always there to keep an eye on you with the help of their cameras. They will not even allow you to stand from your seat, you will not be able to talk to your colleague as well. They have hired a vice president who sits in between all the girls and talk shit with his double meani⁰ng words (character less people they are). I have much more to write but space will be not sufficient to explain their characters and with what ethics they work with. Please don't join them at any cost..9

Dislikes

They will always demoralize you, they are not of their own words. They fake the things at the time of interview. In short, they are not the one you should join hands with.

Skill development and learning experience is very good in this company.

Dislikes

There is no job security. No rules and regulations for any one. Owner of the company teach swiper, how to swipe floor. Terrible working environment.
