The school runs on the whims of the bosses. They expect you to go above and beyond your job description without expecting any extra pay. Ask for a hike and they tell you that the school's financial situation is in dire straits. Rate of attrition is high and board results are nothing to write home about.

... space for continued learning, professional learning and growth opportunities. The salary is always paid on time. The school is open to any innovations, ideas, initiatives that you would like to take on. There are many staff members who have come back agian because of its excellent work culture.

Favoritism politics no job security ego dominating culture being not listened selfish behavior

It is quite a liberal environment with a fair amount of freedom to voice our concerns and even explore and implement newer ideas

Besides politics in which has surfaced in the recent past, I wish the organisation had time sense and a set calendar of events at the beginning of each year
