Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company is open for new learners and also good for enhancing your skills and its a good start to my career as i learned lot of things. Another plus point is that there is a friendly environment and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

In this company, growth is slow and the rehire policy is not effective. There is no guidance by seniors and the work pressure is very high. Managers aren't so conscious about the need of the employees.
