a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...y rules of giving leaves. I Sanjay tiwari worked from 1/12/2020 to 20/02/2022. .He have not paid my salary for December 2021,January 2022 February till 20/02/2022. Now while calling them they do not answer my call. They have no any HR policy . They create pressure without any reason and hold salary and do not pay it . They never give any leave . They have defected my payment even I take single day leave in a month . I suggest all the aspirent not to join this organization you will spoil your career. They do not have any welfare scheem for their employees. They are not paying my Dues of 89 thousand . If any one reading this message please say mr GS Khurana to pay my due God is watching from above.

I have to take back my suggestion most of the time I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.also there is no on.job training for freshers ,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is a pain sometimes
