Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...out. Ineffective Management , Lack of business vision, Poor and Late Paymasters. Not even able to provide basic things like salary slip or Form 16 to employees. Unwanted extended working hours & interference of Directors in day to day activities. All other negative things a prospective employee can expect from ONE PERSON COMPANY. Please do not waste your time, money and energy by joining this company
