sometimes implementing new ideas or solutions takes time, as the company carefully evaluate every step at emotionally, personally, workly and financially. While this ensures quality , it might feel slow for those who expect rapid changes in policies, regulation's and rules.

Having great working culture and employee oriented organisation. Best part they usually organise fun Friday activities and turf cricket sessions for team building. Very flexible timing, as they main focus on work rather than 8 hour shift. If work done early, you can take rest and go home as well.
