Branch level politics, one back office stuff Arup Ghosh he was contact with all dealers & told them don't contact with sales team , but from Corporate office & higher management no taken action against him. If it's rectified Nipro is very good company for future.

Good morning I have been working as service engg. Its going very good and i am happy to hear but as expected for carrier not good for as engineer we are not survive as his basic salary its not enough for as engineer we are getting TA and DA but nipro are stop giving tell me how can we survive 15+ thousands

...ironment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transperant.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus as per the performance.

It's a good company... Issue is with management, politics salary deductions. Its a sole play monitored under one person lead. Very delay in processing Full and Final settlements and releiving to sales related employees Branch managers etc. Change of profile expected any time as per management decision. Overall company is 10 years back compared to corporate level. During covid 50% salary has been deducted and will continue for some more time as per information from sources as I am exemployee of the company.

Salary deduction for late coming without option of overtime payment. Politics. Sole monitoring. Delay in releiving and F and F. Frequent change of work profile with addition of excess work. Can be demoted anytime. No work from home option but recently changed as lock down due to covid is declared. Appraisal to candidates referred by particular managers only.

I am an ex employee as per sources salary is paid 50% that too not on time....

It's a very good company but management issues i. e., Politics, appraisal to candidates reffered by managers, salary deduction and no OT, very delay in releiving people working for sales, no job security, can be assigned any work any time but not paid for excess work, profile change anytime... Etc
