Compensation is decent but growth is slow.manager do not value an individual's unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Compensation in not good,growth is also slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work more than 12-15 hours straight in a day as i have to visit at customer end. Also there is no proper training for fresher.

Work culture is very good here.. Timely Salary.. Limited working time and Saturday is off.

They will send you anytime at site if they got clients call or you have to go for days to vendors for inspection

This is developing company . It has only focus on CDQ technology majorly.

Professional growth of person is slow company is focused to take there assliker which are 4 people to move ahead. For company employee are not asset they are laibility

Brand name is big but culture and atmosphere is toxic. No proper policies and procedure. Company process of evaluation and rating is not as per standards and completely out o standards.
