...anagement is Transparent.There is a huge Cafeteria &Gaming Arcade for Chilling . Company Policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike & bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn't address our issues .

...rk is not respected, Admin SOP man does all the curel work the help of BH & ZSM. Not willing to pay castach money of frontliner.

Lot of breach of policy is done by Admin, BH & ZSM, I am not right person to speak more, but audit should be done in eithical ways, all malpractice will be cought. Dont know why Higher management interfere. It is damaging Nippon's Goodwill, Company will stand only when front line team's moral is boost in terms of support system.

1. I've worked as Senior Officer - Project Sales in BUKA Department at Chennai, 2. I've liked the Team Support & Salary Perks were good.

... for 4 Months they didn't provide me the Laptop for Billing and other Stuffs. 4. For site sampling & other things we've to pay our own money , then we will claim it in a month, that thing personally I won't liked it.
