Job is security is good in Nippon.

Dislikes

Nippon don't provide any training to their employees to enhance the skills. Salary structure is very poor. Work culture is pathetic. We have to attend calls WhatsApp msg on holidays and on leave. Resource are very less. Every year you can get the pramotion but no increment

I like Working with colleagues, work management is smooth. Easily manage and flexible work

Salary pay scale is not good for Off roll employees, management does partiality between off roll and on roll employees. Salary pay scale is very poor here.

...rk is not respected, Admin SOP man does all the curel work the help of BH & ZSM. Not willing to pay castach money of frontliner.

Lot of breach of policy is done by Admin, BH & ZSM, I am not right person to speak more, but audit should be done in eithical ways, all malpractice will be cought. Dont know why Higher management interfere. It is damaging Nippon's Goodwill, Company will stand only when front line team's moral is boost in terms of support system.
