On time salary is the only thing. Japanese are very co-opearating

1- Gendor Descrimanation 2- Wrost HR policies in terms of increments, promotions (Some people are not bound by the policies) 3- Unfair competition and Toxic political culture 4- Favouritism, Creting regional importance 5- Unfavourable work from Home policy during COVID. 6- Bad Leadership 7- If resigns then either person of HR does not attend the calls or not respoding, not supporting to provide experiance certificates, resignation acknowledgement to prospective employer, No proper Exit interviews formalities etc.

1. Poor Appraisal 2. No career growth 3. No skill development in the form of new soft skills etc. 4. If you join with a particular designation for a particular project on a Contractual payroll, your growth will be zero in the firm. Even if you serve for a longer period. Your designation remains unchanged.

... humble nature and having knowledge to teach juniors and discuss the matters. The salary increments and promotion needs time, there is no drastic increment in salary. So I had to change my job. But in future I would be happy or lucky to work with Nippon koei. Thank you

Be aware from HR department during salary negotiation before joining, they will reduce your salary after interview. Many employees suffering from this trick. Not All HR are bad. But be aware.

I am very happy with the company but thing is that company not thinking to installed SAP, ERP etc, just depends on Excel, Word , tally, powe point presentation only but I think we will not comptete to others in the market.
