Not a good company to work, it is better to be unemployed rather working in this company. Though it is a PVT. LTD. company, work cutler is like small proprietorship firm. Both the employer (Husband and Wife) are highly egoistic person, no one can speak truth, if some one dare to speak truth, he or she will be out of company. I have worked for more than 29 years loyal and honest, you will be surprised, that why I have worked for so long? Because I have trusted them blindly, so overlooked their behavior. And I was under impression that, they will not do anything bad to me because I was one of the founder members of the company. Even after five years of exit I am still struggling to get my gratuity. Gratuity offered to me is just peanut against service of 29 years, which I have refused. They have money to buy two cars, traveling to abroad with full family and buy homes, but they have no money to give my gratuity. I am not the only person who is victim of them, there are another 2-3 employees who are victims. I am sorry to say but I have wasted my 29 years in this worst company.
