Work life balance, HR policies , Compensation and benefits and Low salary. They doesn't increment salary. Traveling to Noida office to Manesar office is utter level pain.

There is no job Satisfaction, Working Environmental is terrible, there is no training even you lost your existing skills also if spend 1 year here. There is no job security every you are getting new threat also. If you join this company you spoil your life

Unhygienic washroom: only 1 person can use washroom at a time and only 1 washroom is there for each department. Absence of Parking space: Don't have a proper parking so you have to park your vehicle outside at your own risk

There is a Lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On job trauma is not given to new joinees. Hell for freshers.
