The thing I like about this company is that it thirves for improvement and betterment of process and looks for welfare of its employee. I am grateful for being a part of a team that believes in the spirit of teamwork and aims to eliminate problems faced by the members. Regular training programmes are arranged for the freshers to give them on job support and training.

Dislikes

The growth is slow but the compensation is decent. Sometimes i have to work for 12-14 hours for the completion of targets.

CMD of the company tries to control all dept. without taking any feedback. Poor work culture of hire fire Work pressure is always high Frequent changes in work process with no pre defined SOPs

70% illiterate gutka operator, supervisor,old employees abuse junior,no learning,no discipline,plant head A Srivastava was a corrupted person and looted company to destroy , nepotism much , illiterate manager and some talent executive working with such knowledge and no support even corrupted.shame
