...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are cooperative. ontime salary credit, salary hike & bonus every year. Gratuity after completion of continuous 5 year service tenure.

...of upper management from supervisor.. No any will support how to work on field And most important things even after One and half year later I didn't get my salary..Which have to provide after termination.. I have worked 1year 2month in this company but But no any one support me and they have terminate me without warning latter even they didn't have salary which I have worked very same full experience with this company..

All things Management, convince, support and they are dictators.

I was excited to work in the NIPL. I used to work a lot when my boss at work. My boss is always happy to my work.

My reporting boss was the only reason for the development unnecessary workload everyday.
