Ninjacart is good organization to work with , If you are innovative , and you have leadership quality you can easily achieve the numbers , daily targets from your team. All ASM in this organization works like hell to develop business, same with there team. Top level support from the company ceo and sales director is immense , they are always there to help you out. I would say central leadership team is mind-blowing , and highly experienced especially the sales director and co-founder of the org.

...delhi was very energetic , influencial , they were basically thought leader's. Salary on time

...ome employees are lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No increment no pramotion in 1.6 years so that I have resigned.

...pany, No job security.. they verbally Ask employee not to come from tomorrow.... Even to managerial position, also not given the salary of last month.

A sinking ship in terms of culture. Extreme micromanagement in fintech teams and toxic works culture and rules. Deserving employess don't get promoted. Good tech leads are getting fired. Favouritism and boot lic*ing everywhere. HR are not really taking concern and action about the problem or issues raised, only doing the formalities to just connecting with employees.
