...panding and a clear path for growth not visible here for next 3 years atleast 6. Company didn't pay out competitive increments and annual bonus where in many cases they paid out peanuts in 2023 7. External hiring is promoted compared to internal promotions 8. Organizational restructuring keeps happening every quarter leading to mis management 9. Even though it's a startup there's surprisingly a lot of bureaucratic process leading to slow delivery to clients 10. Company doesn't keep good focus on employee feedback and even when they do, they don't act promptly or satisfactorily on it.

Ninjacart is good organization to work with , If you are innovative , and you have leadership quality you can easily achieve the numbers , daily targets from your team. All ASM in this organization works like hell to develop business, same with there team. Top level support from the company ceo and sales director is immense , they are always there to help you out. I would say central leadership team is mind-blowing , and highly experienced especially the sales director and co-founder of the org.

...delhi was very energetic , influencial , they were basically thought leader's. Salary on time

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology, I love the fact that a part of a team that market reliable

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I worked 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to Attend customer calls in the night and morning

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ction etc. Company is providing supply chain solution in fruit and vegetables. Salary comes on time. But yet didn't get incentive. And it is lapsed due unexpected reason. Balance between life and work is not possible specially for married having child. Any time meeting will be fixed with senior management.
