Team leads are dumb; they are team leads just because they have been in this company for a very long time; they don't have any knowledge. A developer with 2-3 YOE can work better than these team leads. Politics at it's peak: if your senior doesn't like you, then no matter what you do, you'll get terminated.

Culture depends on teams, if your team lead is good and they like you then you can say culture is good but if your team lead is not happy with you so you can't sustain. And these days company is laying off a lot of employees due to less project so job security is not at all here.

Very bad behaviour of HR( Divisha). She is don't know how to talk to any employee. She is very rude, one of my friend is clear interview but he is not ready to join just because her rude behaviour.
