culture of nimbus It looks very good, a lot of respect is given, but the salary is nothing special, the promotion is not quick, there is no job security.

Dislikes

The biggest problem is that more work is done than the salary.

Learning and payout both are good at least for me. There is a respect of that guy who is dedicated to company more than 100%

Dislikes

Corporate rules are not following at all Unprofessional behaviour of responsible position guys. Leave policy is not good. Cafeteria is not there. Less cheers for employees. Motivational seminar missing.

I like the environment and friendly nature of all our core members. Here there is no differentiation between seniors or juniors. Every one try to support u in every condition. I loved to work with nimbus family because it gives us a great opportunity to get success if u are in right track and if u have the potential to do so.

Pathetic company... It is factory it keeps employees till they want doesn't matter how talented you are. It is a dictatorship of manager.

Everything it is not company it factory worst place I have ever experienced with cheap mentality people.
