Learning and payout both are good at least for me. There is a respect of that guy who is dedicated to company more than 100%

Dislikes

Corporate rules are not following at all Unprofessional behaviour of responsible position guys. Leave policy is not good. Cafeteria is not there. Less cheers for employees. Motivational seminar missing.

I like the environment and friendly nature of all our core members. Here there is no differentiation between seniors or juniors. Every one try to support u in every condition. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
