Nimble Wireless is the place if you really want to learn something. You can work across departments. If you are a fresher, its a nice company for you to start your career. The work culture is not that good if you are entertainment freak this company is not for you. One needs to extend their self and work for 12 hours here.

Dislikes

My teammates were extremely friendly and supportive but you cannot expect your variable pay in this company and salary hike was a nightmare. Being a startup and fewer number of people working in a team we have no politics. Yes, a perfect place to learn something every single day.

Likes

The company provided ample opportunities for learning and skill enhancement , allowing me to expand my knowledge in Machine Learning ,Embedded Systems. Through challenging projects and supportive mentorship , I was able to advance my career trajectory and achieve personal milestones.

Dislikes

The rush to finish the project so quickly prevents you from gaining a deeper understanding of the work you are involved in.

Great Place for freshers to start careers, can able to learn new things each single day Full freedom to explore all things relevant to business Best choice for lesser than 5 years of experience candidate to strengthen their career in the overall e-commerce industry Weekend holidays (sat, sun), Friday snack, food arrangements

Management is not flexible on Leave and WFH policy The majority of core people are freshers/Nimble grown employees ( need to have industry expertise) work culture may not suitable for few - totally subjective

1) They say has company but actually it is like local Provisional Store) were there is only one owner what he says decides that all it happens, Their staffs who want to work with them with some conditions and no choice if they owner says, See white crow flying they will say yes yes we only sent up....useless dumps... 2) He is too money minded he will initially start saying we will hire you but let us have some conditions nu will try to squeeze. 3) The so called owner he wants his companies turnover everything to rise but he wont have any future thoughts same old traditional guy... 4) Most important the senior HR one big guy will be there he will talk so nice in front of owner he will be too smart not to talk owner bad not even in phone but if you meet him personal...he will first say ..use less he is dumb. 5) H.R eats money nicely he will be like don there.

Nothing it’s a company that has ruined careers

Company doesn’t value even the most oldest of its employees, company brags about being employer friendly but it isn’t, they pay pea nuts as compensation, attrition rate is extremely extremely high, nothing good to talk about the company.
