Salary Came on Time.

Dislikes

No Future Growth. No Family Life and no festival celebration for commissioning Engineer. No Increments. Commissioning Engineer's HOD treat you ( Commissioning Engineer) like an Animal. They never talk as human. Every Upper level person did politics. Upper level staff ( Including Commissioning Incharge, Commissioning HOD) are Oxidizing Agent, they made corrosion of Commissioning Engineer's Future and Company Growth.

Please read other comments...which have given with low star ratings.... because this company trying make good portfolio on social sites... actually it is worst company for employee..... u won't learn anything infact u will forget ur knowledge also...no body is technically qualified...

...e hidden clauses also..... That clauses she will tell u after negotiation..... 10% of ur salary will be deducted n u will get that after 2 years or u have to submit original qualification certificates.... And horrible thing is.... If u leave company in between 2 years...that amount will be seized n ur 1 month salary also... Even they making various fake certificates also to be competitive with other in markets...... My suggestion is don't join this org..

Dislikes

No ethics now. No team work unless management get involves now. Everyone run their own bullock cart now. HR policy are nothing now. Only those who have passion and self motivation can make their path and can survive now. Now you have to always make strategies when it is related to other functions. No work synchronisation now. I have used "now" because when I joined the firm it was different and things has changed "now".

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
