Salary on time. That too on time. (Even its a german firm 90% are from india, pakisthan, bangladesh due to low salary requirements ) Dont have an office they are working in a share office with another company for that reason we will get holiday's unexpectedly. Even chinese racks they are selling to customers by saying its from Germany and if customer found the truth then they will say we have a tieup with Chinese company.

Dislikes

Toxic work environment, unprofessional attitude, too much pressure, force to increase the profit by speaking to known customers, never say true to customers, force to sell dead stocks to customers.

Very poor work culture Most of the higher authorities are related to each other, they hold their back even if it's their mistake. Qualified people are treated as labours Labour contractor has more power than manager This job is not meant for engineers or other qualified people.

Good work and duty only 8 hours company provide the water for all workers

Teammates are not supportive not good salary they provide bad food in this company no career growth no bonus on festivals and no job training

Company Everything is Good ,but reporting manager is not good thats the reason for job leaving, i request to top management pls plan for review every branch manager, that manger applinng rood behavior and also Presrize for that location employee

I did not recommend due to dictatorship by management & create pressure based on imagination. you will not get value at fair price.

I love it because of my 1St company & my colleague was very good. but no one happy with plant level management, continuing as less opportunity in market!
