...he is never listening employees problem and solving he has fired and terminated. He want uneducated low salary people, so he will do donky work there no such experience person required. food quality and accodomation very bed Not freedom every thing diside by management. No outing so before going think about it it's my personal experience is very bad with company so sher with u.

Owner of company was very co operative and supportive, company sets policies with employees according to situations of challenges , they are flexible and understand actual condition of market and environment of the field

Dislikes

Salary scale is very low as person is working in abroad and having salary only 500USD around of month really it's not enough

Likes

Boss,(owner) was very nice. He always appreciate the work and motivate for another label. He give good remuneration if work is good. Accomodation and other facilities was very nice.

Dislikes

Target was always there, but it was good because it motivate to go another lable with extra in incentives.
