They pay very less salary and want huge conversion rate. West bengal's area sales manager has very bad attitude. He don't know how to talk with others.

Poor work environment No work life balance Old school culture HR seems they do not even exist Accounts and Finanace is always running to find your mistakes, leads you to a lot of paper work. No coperation from any department

I spent more than 15 years in Nikon India and it feels like I spent only 2-3 years. You can imagine about the job satisfaction. Amazing environment and all staff is very cooperative and understanding.

Amazing working environment, very professional, very supportive managers and other staff. Best company till now.

Customer care department is on off roll. No growth in third party payroll otherwise company is very good.
