Likes

Working with Nikom has been a positive experience. The company boasts a world class infrastructure in their new office at Okhla. The newly designed office space boasts productivity and fosters highly motivated students people. I think my favourite thing about Nikom is the flat heirarchy where senior management is extremely approachable which ensures Nikom is a space where all voices are heard.

communication between departments sometimes feel disjointed . and some processes feel outdated and could benefit from modernization
