I have 5 years of experience in Nikka instrumantation Pvt. Ltd. The work environment of the company is very good. All the seniors and sir namely Mr. Manoj Tadvi and Mr. Parth acharya are very kind and supportive to improve your knowledge and skills.

1) account person is not very much supportive and salary slip not distributed month vise, thay says if you will apply for loan or if you put resignation to the company then we will give you salary slips of all month. 2) Tea facility is only for higher designation person, not for the employees. I don't like this partiality. 3) when you put resign to the company, the behaviour of all the staff members and senior management is changed for you. 4) every company gives leave salary of you putting resign, but nikka instrumentation Pvt Ltd. Not given any leave salary.
