If you just nod your head and do as per the instructions given to you without using your brains, Congratulations ! you will never get fired !! 😊

Dislikes

... looks. They address their female employees as birds. There is no leave policy. Apart from Sunday, any other day you take off, will get deducted from your salary no matter what. There, salaries look more like stipend. Very slow pace of growth (in terms of learning, salary) Overall, not an employee-centric firm. If one do not have self-respect, he/she may survive longer.

No job security & if your cash are short it will be deducted from our salary's and if any product short it will be also deducted from our salary's that the things I don't like in Nik Baker's. & over all it's a good place to work.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
