...companies never seen such worst environment for employees as in this company. Harrasment, Torture of employees by stopping salary TA DA & forced employees to leave Job. First time seen in carrier that this Company take every month advance resignation from employees . Maximum Job time for MR is 6 month -2 Year, ASM/RSM is 6 month-1 Year. No value or power in ASM/RSM hand to raise employees problems as all decisions are taken by PM blindly. No salary increment, No Bonus. Don't waste time for this fake Company with Deaf Dumb management without rules, ethics.

Yes.... It's a very good company, last year came a deficult situation..... But our Sir (S Banarjee) behaviour was too good, No salary problem in this situation ..... Always company respects their colleagues 🙏

Nijji Healthcare is good for all his duties like salary and other benefits. And our ABM Mr Avijit Das is an excellent person.

Salary of T.S.O. is very low compare to other organizations..now a days take home amount 12996 is very very low all the essential things of daily life comes to us with high price.

Where anyone can get lots of opportunity for his career with very short time.and when we talk about company's culture everyone is very supporting and so humble in nature.overall its a good place for deserving candidates.

Working at Nijji healthcare is just like a fantastic experience. The team is friendly, the management is supportive specially Saikat sir (a person with practical mindset, ethics and grass root knowledge). there are plenty of opportunities for growth. The positive work environment and focus on employee well-being make it an enjoyable place to be. I highly recommend this organization.
