It was a contractual association for me for few months with NIIT Uniqua, however, it was a great learning and experience. Rest everything is great to work for and management is really supportive and lots of learning if you are ready to learn.

Dislikes

The contract is signed for 1 year, but the job isnt secure for long term if the project engagement ends as they strictly work on preset budgets. Unless you are permanent, your job isnt secure and this should be clarified by the HR before joining so candidate has fair time to take right decision and not on the day of joining.

Pathetic place..had only few friends who made this place bearable otherwise the management is poor..the client extremely horrible and thinks that we assessors are slave and her personal servants..no encouragement..no sympathy with the team members..if someone is unhappy working their tgey make sure to make that person's life miserable so that the person willingly leace that job..they search for cheap resources who are not even qualified to work under the special terms and conditions made by the client. They don't even make any efforts to resolve the employees issues..if you resign they won't stop you no matter how hard you have worked at this place. Managers are hardly concerned about the team members. I don't have anything good to write about anyone..so sorry! Don't work here plz!

Most of the time salaries get stuck. You don't get them on time. Sometimes you get your salary after 2 months!

Bootlicker like a certain employee named bhavani had made life tough for everyone including management and clients

Poor work culture and the habit of picking up trainers from the street has led to a considerable erosion of the bran

They always motivate only sales team, In jaipur my experience in NIIT Uniqua is horrible and sales/Operation Vp is also very Horrible person, he will advice to accounts person for selling products and if you are saying No then there is no increment and promotion. Not to advise any person to join this organisation.
