Well when the pandemic starts we Didn't have any work outside to meet the clients so they gave us an opportunity to work in a different project for couple of months but when the project ends we have been asked to leave the organisation as there is no work to do as of now .

Dislikes

There is less growth in terms of compensation and growth of roles and responsibilities.
