Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company gives good facilities.

Dislikes

Salary growth is very slow I’m working in Niit from last 4.6 years and my salary is not justified as per my experience. There was a bond of 18 months in Niit before that employee Cannot resign.

The employees can opt for morning shifts as per their needs, the females employees were never pressurised for night shifts and there is no policing on breaks, once employee has completed all the assigned work she/he is free to take multiple breaks.

Dislikes

The salary hikes and promotions are biased sometimes which I strongly feel is the negative part and 90% employees quit because of salary part. The is a lot of work expected from us but when it comes on salary hike you will receive peanuts.

...isgusting Overall the company police is good but on hirercy level it goes worst. The salary is not worthy according to the work I have been done

Work Life Balance is very good in the company. Managers are good except some micromanagers. Team will also be supportive.

Dislikes

Do not expect in terms or salary and appraisals, even promotions are going to be even slower than the speed of snail. Need to be aware of internal politics.

There is nothing to like about this company. This company hires people 365 days that too in bulk, also attrition rate of employee is so low that every second day at-least 5 employees are putting resigns

Dislikes

Work life balance is zero. They will expect you to work 24 hours a day with a salary of 6 hours a day. Apart from it there is no scope of personal development. Many projects doesn't have option where personnel can train themselves with the courses or skills that sre interested in. NIIT runs in manager’s decision, HR are sold puppies.
