I don't need to say more. But they should treat their employees like a human being not like an animal. We all are educated and got the job as per our qualification.

...good place to work and learn. Management are very cooperative and supportive. Salary on time and there is no overtime. You will get evening snacks every day and an office party every month.

Office time 6 days in a week however Saturday is a half day till 3 PM

No job security as such they will call one day and tell you that we are canceling employment. No freedom to express oneself and mix with colleagues. They will term it has a behavioural issue with the collegaues if you want to talk or clarify something with your fellow team mate .Unorganized structure where one person is managing every department of digital marketing ranging from social media organic to paid media. Busy manager with less time to listen to team problems. I would not suggest anyone to join this company more so if you are less experienced or fresher in paid media.

Best place for learning. Very frank behavior of the seniors. There is a lot to learn from NIHT. If you have a 5 years plan like you want to become a digital marketing manager, NIHT is the best place for you to start your career. I am happy to get an internship at NIHT.

You get a space to explore your potential and work on different projects. If you are good enough with your skills and knowledge the employers give you the opportunity for different offsite projects and attend various corporate seminars and build your own team to execute a project as per the requirements.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. The likes and dislikes all depend on your behaviour, Work ethic and potential. No company is going to entertain you if you are not good enough with your skills and knowledge or your behaviour with your peers.
