Work culture Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, apprraisals are fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign.

Its fun doing work here but also challenging staff is cooperative and gives new opportunities to develope new skills and its the best experience of doing first job here and learning

Very good wroking culture. Al staff are supportive. But only one issue is there, salary increament not available. Otherwise overall is very good policies and good culture.

Salary increament issue. This is only one issue at Nihon. Otherwise overall ars very good culture. If this issue is resolved then i will definetely join again if opportunity will create.

Average company, can work here for 2-3 years. No proper policy for Promotion and increments, lots of favoritism and biasness. Many employees are engaged in politics, no additional benefit.

Nothing is likable in this company.

No promotions, no increment, most of the time workers confirmation is extended , no training given by company about work all you learn by seeing if you are fresher or this company hires you then simply say NO a big NO because first reason is bond second is confirmation is getting extended third increment is just 8 to 11 percent which is given to you when all company get increment not just after your confirmation or 1 year they give you increment when whole company get it
