...ing words to their employee whether you are male or female, doesn't matter. 3) they force to work for extra hours but they don't pay for it. They also force to work on weekends. 4) in terms of appraisal, 🤣🤣🤣. They are worst .

...ssues, Sometimes Meetings even scheduled, call need to respond till late night 2) Salary lower than market standard 3) High attrition rate putting huge pressure on honest, hard working employees 4) No remote work policy except for pandemic time, no flexi time 5) Lack of appreciation

- less projects to explore, if you are lucky then you'll get allocated to good project. - No good management - Managers are worst here. They start buttering you only when you need them otherwise they don't even know you. - Politics at managerial level. - Parking issue. Though you can work in flexible time, parking issue will force you to come to office at 9. Once it is 10 / 10:30 am, you will only get the parking if you are lucky otherwise you will need to park your vehicle on the road.
