The team work is excellent, they pay salary at the appropriate date ,I love the working environment and the safety is excellent , their are safety conscious to the highest level, the training is excellent their have the best trainers and well experience in all fields.

At Nigerdock we have great guys who are professionals in different fields, who work as a team to complete a given task. Nigerdock has a very robust training and development plan/schedule for every staff and a very wonderful training academy. The scope of our operations has increased, we now cover a whole lot from fabrication, ship repairs, logistics and all. The new set of management are very wonderful, so many innovations are going and we believe in service quality. Nigerdock is a place to be for your jobs and a place to work.

Nigerdock is a nice place to work learn and improve, the teammates are great, as long as there is project your job Is secured but if not you don't expect them to keep you. There isn't much of Carrier growth and salary appraisal. No travel, work environment is great, there is innovation but not much work life balance.
