Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Don't like anything. Company policies are not good. They give you good salary hike but no bonus and no incentive. Only 5 person are working in this company and 6th you boss (director).

Dislikes

Poor work environment and single handed company. You cannot make a discussion on your own. Each and everything has to be discussed with your boss. Talked with the boss in every evening to give feedback and discuss on leads. He treats you like you are the most useless person in this world.

I have never worked with such a pathetic organization. You can't learn anything because he will tell you where you are suppose to put a comma and a full stop. You are not free to do your work.you can't take any decision. He will make you feel that you are good for nothing and you don't do anything in the office inspite of full efforts he will find a loophole and will criticise you for that.. You do whatever but he will never be happy and will always complain
