I mostly like working culture and company focus on employee training and Learning.

Dislikes

Compensation is Decent and Growth is slow. Working pressure is very high some time Sunday also working and Managers do not approve leaves as per prior information . Leave taken process very difficult.

If you want to put your job on risk, you can surely join otherwise don't join this company as few cunning(Ghatia) people from Indian management and Japanese don't care of you. If you come infront of their ego your career will be directly terminated without asking any notice period and you will be blamed for any pathetic reason. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
