Instead, he surrounds himself with a group of yes-man, who is worst creature ever such worst fellow. Additionally, the EU-RD managers lack knowledge of processes but still demand KPI maintenance. One good thing is EU - RD especially this guy Michael fernando Rodney team has been continuously dropping paper and because of this guy the company attrition rate is increasing. Feeling only to remaing people in his team only God can save them don't know the process and simply shouting the team to achieve KPIs

...m, manipulation by Managers, Seniors Managers etc. Lack of opportunity & growth. Bare minimum salary increment, below industry standards, with no increment sometimes. Excessive office politics. Managers perception of you can make or break your career here.

They is No Career Growth as Data Processing Analyst In NIQ, Based on Team You will get Data Entry Job and Handling Client Role, Its a Task Based Job, You will not work under Any Project. You may Work On Saturday or Sunday aslo Sometimes if they is many Tasks. They won't use Excel, Power BI, Tableau or Nothing. Its just their Own tool Which looks like excel you need to use that and its not the role which is related to Data Analyst role its a Data entry Job.
