...ked, HR will disappear and say this is not my work. Experienced this recently. Also when asked about the bonus that everyone is getting in HCL, HR asked me who told you its not allowed to share compensation with colleagues. Dear HR, Obviously I know but read newspaper its mentioned over there :D

HCL is amazing company to work for long term...specially at the age of 40 to 50 years age groups this company gives stability and growth.

HCL is not a great pay master specially for existing staff...and year on year increment is little less however... It is fine as compared to the stability and security Hcl offers.

Almost everything. Micromanagement, salary deduction in the name of EPB, no work-life balance, highly useless management without proper communication skills, unrealistic targets, disrespect towards employees are some of them. Not worth working here. Not a nice work culture to talk about.

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

... Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. Very pathetic IJP process followed.
