Work Culture is excellent. company provides ample opportunities for personal and professional development, The leadership team is supportive and approachable. Appraisals are purely linked with performance and Increment % are higher than market

Dislikes

No yearly Bonus. No canteen facility at Bhiwandi. No additional perks than Mediclaim

Less Salary, HR policy, Favoritism - If you are not a favorite of your managers, your growth is very low. Office condition is very bad - not have proper chairs, AC, toilets etc.

...rk culture * When asked for help seniors are helping properly, but need to ask * On time salary at 4th of each month * Young work colleagues * Every year in June or January increment of around 15-20 % is given * When needed , holiday is given , but better inform early * Very high job security * No unnecessary politics/ leg pulling/ gossiping, 99% employees are genuinely good if your work is up to date

Dislikes

* Monday to Saturday strict work from office * No canteen only machine tea/coffee available * Fast & FLEXIBLE work process which becomes difficult to adapt for new people above age 35 & seen them quit * If your work is related to technical then work life balance is little bad

* cooperative & helping colleagues/seniors * on time salary on 5th of every month * Training will be given * Leaves are approved if informed early, no worries. * loan facility available * very high job security, full salary during lockdowns

Dislikes

* 6 days compulsory work from office * work life balance poor in after sales department * slightly unhygienic toilet * std operating procedures not fully sorted, often times u will get stuck in work & need your senior to guide you.
